At Casabay Luxury Pool Villas, we strive to provide the best possible price. But in the unlikely event that you find a lower qualified price* on another site before your reservation is made, we will be happy to match it and give you a further 5% discount.
* A “lower qualified price” must fulfill each of the following:
- Must be for the same reservation date(s), same room type (i.e. room size and amenities), same number of guests, and same currency as the Casabay Luxury Pool Villas’s official website, and the same advance payment and refund policies and restrictions must apply.
- Price must be without restriction, meaning that it is viewable and bookable by anyone.
- Price matches exclude groups, tour operators, corporate programmes, and client rates.
- Price will be compared net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate.

· Minimum stay 7 nights consecutive.
· All prices are quoted in THB and inclusive of all taxes and VAT.
· Advanced full prepayment is required.
· Non-refundable.
· No sub-renting.

· Housekeeping service with change of towels twice a week.
· Linen and bed sheets to be changed once a week.
· 10,000 THB accidental deposit is required upon check in, and to be returned after check out.
MONTHLY DISCOUNT PROMOTION UP TO 40% OFF
- Minimum stay 30 nights consecutive.
- All prices are quoted in THB and inclusive of all taxes and VAT.
- Advanced full prepayment is required.
- Non-refundable.
- No sub-renting.

- 1-month accidental deposit is required upon check in, and to be returned after check out.
Extra charges:
- Electricity consumed will be charged at 7.50 THB per unit (total amount to be calculated on a monthly basis).
- Water supply consumed will be charged at 13.00 THB per unit (total amount to be calculated on a monthly basis).
- Housekeeping service will be charged at THB 900 per time
- Once a week Gardening and Pool Maintenance is compulsory charged at 7,000 THB per month.
- Night security service is compulsory charged at 3,000 THB per month.
- Room amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee capsule) are not refilled during the stay.
