CasaBay villas have been designed by reputable architects and built to a high construction standard. They are fully furnished with stylish contemporary interiors. All 11 villas belong to the same owner, the MTI Group and are managed like a hotel. We look forward to welcoming you to our private villa resort in Phuket.
- An operation center is located at the entrance of the project where the CasaBay team is on hand to support you.
- A concierge service is available and included in our rental prices (optional for long term stays).
- Maintenance is provided by our own service team (pool, garden, air conditioning) and included in our rental prices.
- Daily cleaning by trained housekeepers is also included in our rental prices (optional for long term stays).
- Complimentary high speed Internet.
- 5 star standards : our choice of equipment correspond to the norms of 5 star hotels (King size Mattress, Bed sheets, Linen, Audio and Video equipment , own internet dedicated line., Electricity generator for the project).
- Night security is in place daily from 7:00 Pm to 7:00 Am daily.
